BEYOND MOROCCO TRAVEL – Booking Terms & Conditions

  1. General Information

By booking a trip with BEYOND MOROCCO TRAVEL , you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

  1. Reservations & Payments
  • A deposit of 30% of the total tour price is required to confirm your booking.
  • The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days prior to the start of the tour, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Bookings made within 15 days of the tour start date must be paid in full at the time of booking.
  1. Payment Methods

We accept the following:

  • Bank transfer (details provided upon request)
  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard )
  • We Travel (with a 2,9% service fee)
  • Cash payments (in MAD, EUR, or USD for last-minute bookings)
  1. Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.

Cancellation Notice          Refund Amount
45 days or more before tour  90% refund (minus deposit)
15–29 days before tour                  50% refund
Less than 15 days                    No refund

Note: The 30% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

  1. Changes & Modifications
  • Minor changes to your itinerary (e.g. dates, accommodation) can be made up to 21 days before your departure.
  • Major modifications or postponements may incur additional fees.
  • In case of force majeure (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics), we will work with you to reschedule your trip or provide a partial refund based on incurred costs.
  1. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical expenses, lost luggage, and personal liability. BEYOND MOROCCO TRAVEL is not responsible for any loss or injury not directly caused by our negligence.

  1. Passports, Visas & Travel Documents
  • Travelers are responsible for ensuring that their passports are valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of return.
  • Visa requirements vary by nationality. We can assist with general information, but securing the correct visa is the responsibility of the traveler.
  • No refund will be given to clients unable to travel due to invalid documents.
  1. Health & Fitness Requirements
  • All clients must be in good physical and mental health to join our tours.
  • Any pre-existing medical conditions or dietary requirements must be disclosed at the time of booking.
  • We reserve the right to refuse participation if a traveler poses a risk to themselves or others.
  1. Liability

BEYOND MOROCCO TRAVEL acts as an agent for accommodations, transport companies, tour guides and other third parties. While we carefully select our partners, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of those providers.

We are not responsible for:

  • Acts of God or force majeure
  • Delays or disruptions due to weather, road closures, airline cancellations
  • Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings
  1. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

If you encounter an issue during your trip, please notify your guide or our office immediately so we can address it on the spot.

Any complaints must be submitted in writing within 15 days after the end of the tour. We aim to resolve all issues in good faith and professionalism.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By making a reservation with BEYOND MOROCCO TRAVEL, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Booking Terms & Conditions. These terms form a binding agreement between you and BEYOND MOROCCO TRAVEL.
